The Commercial Administration Department of the Automotive division is looking to incorporate a new team member at its Head Office in **Sant Cugat del Vallès**, **COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR** Reporting to the Commercial Administration Manager of the Automotive business line, your mission will be to manage the sales administration of our dealership group, maintaining smooth communication with commercial teams and ensuring the highest quality in document and sales file management. **Responsibilities:** * You will be responsible for vehicle sales registration. * You will handle administrative management of the process (insurance, rebate settlements, marketing campaigns, deregistrations, etc.). * You will manage information requests from various management departments and address any issues arising during the process. * You will be responsible for file archive control and sales file closure. * You will prepare periodic reports and statistics. **Requirements:** * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration or equivalent. * Advanced Excel user required. * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in administrative roles within a Commercial Administration department, including experience and knowledge of Accounting. * Highly organized and structured individual; autonomous in work execution. * Knowledge of Quiter software will be valued. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a growing, solid corporate group. * Stable position with an indefinite contract and opportunities for professional development. * Training plan. * Possibility to access a flexible compensation package.
