The primary responsibility is to ensure the optimal and safe operation of all building facilities, guaranteeing that quality and comfort standards are maintained at all times. The role operates within an established environment with defined processes and a strong focus on operational excellence. Daily responsibilities include comprehensive building maintenance: supervising and repairing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, as well as general upkeep of common areas and guest rooms. It is also essential to resolve technical incidents swiftly, prioritizing minimal disruption to guests. In addition, preventive tasks—such as periodic inspections—are carried out to anticipate failures and extend equipment service life. Prior experience in comprehensive building maintenance and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues are required. Attention to detail, task organization in a dynamic environment, and a collaborative mindset for coordination with other hotel departments—such as reception or housekeeping—are highly valued. The contract is temporary and full-time. Proven experience in comprehensive facility maintenance is required, preferably within the hospitality sector or service-oriented buildings. Practical knowledge in at least one of the following areas is mandatory: electricity, HVAC, or plumbing. Valued competencies include practical technical problem-solving, quality and detail orientation, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment. A collaborative spirit and teamwork capability are essential.
