Opportunities for career advancement and project participation Senior CNC Lathe Programmer A company specializing in high-precision machining and custom part manufacturing, serving highly demanding industrial sectors, is seeking to hire a CNC Lathe Programmer at its Ribarroja de Turia branch. Your responsibilities: · CNC programming, setup, and operation of state-of-the-art CNC lathes (FANUC). · Interpretation of technical drawings and machining specifications. · Selection and mounting of appropriate cutting tools onto lathes. · Configuration of cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut). · Machining of parts according to specified tolerances: ±0.02mm. · Dimensional inspection of parts using measuring instruments: ±0.02mm. · Adjustment of programs and tools to ensure machining quality. · Machine maintenance and lubrication. Requirements: · Advanced CNC lathe programming and operation (Fanuc, MITSUBISHI). · Interpretation of drawings and control of dimensional tolerances. · Proficiency in using measuring and verification instruments. · Experience with various materials and process optimization. · CAM software experience (Mastercam, EdgeCAM, SolidCAM, etc.) and multitasking turning centers is desirable. · Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CNC lathe programmer. Offer: · Annual gross salary range between €26,000 and €32,000 (depending on experience). · Direct permanent employment contract with the company. · Full-time schedule Monday to Friday: 6:25–14:30 or 14:00–22:00 (depending on shift). · Opportunities for career advancement and project participation.
