Reporting to the Global Corporate Solutions Manager, the selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for IT incidents, ensuring proper system operation and compliance with defined SLAs. They will also participate in process improvement projects (automation, digitalization), design, deployment, and adoption of new technologies (LLM models, NoSQL databases, AI Agents…). This role operates in a dynamic, multilingual environment with high interaction with business users and internal and external technical teams.
