Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate construction projects, manage resources, and ensure quality and safety during execution, participating in high-demand projects. Key Points: 1. Production control and planning, and on-site execution. 2. Management of human and material resources, ensuring efficiency. 3. Participation in distinctive architecture and engineering projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Travel to construction sites to perform **production control and planning, and execution oversight**. * Collaborate with the technical team in defining and planning execution projects. * Manage human and material resources on site, ensuring operational efficiency. * Monitor costs and conduct financial tracking of project execution. * Supervise work quality and guarantee compliance with technical standards. * Ensure proper implementation of **site safety measures**. * Serve as the liaison between site management and the office-based engineering team. * Participate in distinctive architecture and engineering projects related to innovative structures (spatial, single-layer, timber), in technically demanding environments with international scope. ### **Requirements** * Education in **Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent**. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience in construction execution**. * Proficiency in technical tools such as **AutoCAD** and **Microsoft Project**. * Strong command of **office software**. * **English and/or French language proficiency** is an advantage. * Full availability for national and international travel, including extended stays at construction sites. * Autonomous, solution-oriented profile with strong management capabilities in demanding environments. * Experience in distinctive structural projects or those involving high technical complexity is advantageous.
