Advanced Excel. * Demonstrable work experience in ticket management, systems, and IT security. * Practical knowledge of software focused on technical support and remote control. Practical knowledge of infrastructure administration and cybersecurity is required. * Practical knowledge of hardware and software certification, secure development, script creation, and version control. Practical knowledge of cloud computing, hosting, and protection of outsourced infrastructure is required. * Proficiency in English. * Usual residence in Pamplona or surrounding areas. * Driver's license.
