Here are the requirements to succeed as an Assistant Sales at Wonders: · Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager · Highly commercial profile, results-oriented, with passion for fashion/retail. · Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and decision-making ability. · Proactive, solution-oriented individual with leadership skills. · Enthusiasm to engage in a new project and help grow it from the outset. · Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Your mission: Ensure achievement of sales targets and excellence in customer service. · Work with KPIs and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement. · Manage stock control, inventories, and orders. · Supervise smooth store operations: cash register, maintenance, visual merchandising, order, and cleanliness. · Collaborate with teams to implement commercial initiatives and ensure an exceptional customer experience. · Foster a positive, results-driven work environment.
