And now, we’re looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in recruiting IT profiles to join our team! **What will you do on a daily basis?** * You’ll be the superhero/superheroine who finds the IT experts we need. ‍‍ * You’ll post attractive and original job offers that capture the attention of top talent. * You’ll screen CVs relentlessly, searching for hidden gems. * You’ll conduct interviews (by phone, video call, and—who knows—even in person!) to get to know candidates thoroughly. * You’ll collaborate closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the perfect candidate profile. * You’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing to final offer. You’ll be the star! * You’ll maintain an updated and vibrant candidate database. * You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest IT market trends to attract top talent. And most importantly!
