Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are searching for a **Maintenance Engineer** on behalf of our client to join their plant located in Murcia. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Manage the maintenance process and production support, coordinating small teams of maintenance technicians. * Ensure maintenance and production planning aligns with company needs, optimizing shifts, staffing ratios, and resources. * Adhere to the plant budget and monitor KPIs. * Promote continuous improvement and work under Lean methodologies. * Actively participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring their availability. * Work under food safety quality standards, managing incidents and proposing corrective actions. * Promote compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, prioritizing safety and care for people. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with experience in industrial process and equipment management. * Proven experience in production plants and familiarity with industrial equipment. * Knowledge of planning, process control, and budget management. * Experience with SAP, MAPEX, energy efficiency, and industrial management tools will be valued. **What does the company offer?** * Join a solid company with international projection. * A strategic position offering autonomy, real impact potential, and long-term vision. * Professional development in an environment committed to innovation, sustainability, safety, and human leadership. * Permanent full-time contract. * Salary: €30\-35\.000 gross per annum * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM (flexible).
