We are looking for a talented and committed Site Manager to join our Ibiza team and contribute to the success of our projects. **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive supervision and coordination of projects. * Efficient management of work teams and subcontractors. * Ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets. * Rigorous oversight of quality and safety on site. * Preparation of detailed reports and continuous monitoring of project progress. Requirements * Technical education in construction- or building-related fields. * Additional training in construction project management, occupational health and safety. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions. * Demonstrated skills in project management and team leadership. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
