We are looking for professionals who ensure the perfect condition of facilities and contribute to delivering an impeccable experience to our guests. Position Objective Ensure the proper operation of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems through preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities. Respond to incidents related to electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Monitor the proper functioning of guest rooms and common areas. Log and track technical incidents. Coordinate with external suppliers when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance regulations. Support hotel operations and event-related setup needs ### **Requirements** Desired Profile Previous maintenance experience, preferably in hotels or medium-to-large buildings. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. Ability to swiftly and efficiently resolve problems. Proactive, organized individual with a service-oriented mindset. Team player with a positive attitude. Technical training in maintenance or installations is advantageous.
