What will your responsibilities be?** The unit TELECONTROL SYSTEM AND SPECIALIZED MAINT BALEARIC ensures the proper condition of Substations. This unit manages the actions and processes defined in the company's various Operational Instructions established to guarantee the correct maintenance status and functionality of the facilities, covering inspection tasks, upgrades, and/or identification/repair of defects found during the different reviews carried out throughout the year, incident analysis, and supervision of contractors' work (safety, quality, and environment). The unit maintains up-to-date systems defined by the company to record and document all regulatory and non-regulatory activities, as well as managing the annual economic budget allocated at the beginning of the year; additionally, complete and partial substation upgrades are executed according to company planning and decisions. **What will you be responsible for?** * Supervise (and if necessary perform) local operations in substations, complying with Endesa's Operation Standards and instructions from the Control Center. * Carry out inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks on switchgear, protection and telecontrol equipment, or any other substation components assigned. * At the request of Management Technicians, prepare work assignments for contractor companies and conduct technical and economic validation of the certifications for these works. * Perform daily monitoring of contractor companies' work schedules and carry out the quality, safety and health, and environmental inspections assigned. **What do we require from you to perform this job?** It is **mandatory** that you have the following education and/or knowledge: * Education in: * Higher Vocational Training in Electricity * Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Professional Experience** Prior experience and familiarity with e\-Distribución Redes Digitales procedures and systems would be a valuable requirement, as well as experience interacting with personnel from other companies, organizations, and customers. **Diversity, equity, inclusion in the selection process.** For us, diversity and inclusion are essential aspects of our daily operations, so in our selection processes we always consider all individuals who express interest and meet the required profile.
