Job Summary
The Trading Performance Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing and understanding the key drivers impacting the bedbank business performance. This includes extracting insights from trading data, identifying trends and opportunities, and clearly communicating conclusions to Management. The purpose of the role is to support more commercially driven and better‑informed decision making by providing greater visibility and understanding of trading performance.
In addition, this role will lead the development of advanced analytical tools that help management and commercial teams interpret the performance of their respective portfolios. The position will also work collaboratively across GFS, WNS (Outsourced Finance) and Local Finance teams in all regions to establish and implement a unified and standardized accounting process for Supplier Income.
Responsibilities:* Analyze trading performance to understand key drivers impacting bedbank results and extract actionable insights to support commercial decision making.
* Develop advanced tools and reporting solutions to help commercial and management teams assess the performance of their portfolios more effectively.
* Collaborate with GFS, WNS and Local Finance teams globally to implement a standardized Supplier Income accounting process.
* Monitor the monthly execution of the Supplier Income accounting process, including the preparation of month‑end global accrual postings using Supplier Income source systems.
* Reconcile the overall balance sheet accrual position, at minimum at each quarter‑end.
* Identify and report key process and invoicing activity KPIs within the Supplier Income lifecycle.
* Create and implement action plans to significantly improve the working capital profile associated with this €36M income stream.
* Control monthly and annual financial P\&L forecast for Supplier Income, maintaining a consolidated risk and opportunities overview and ensuring a “no surprises” approach.
* Liaise with central finance, internal and external audit teams, as required.

**Job Responsibilities**

* The Fire Constable will be part of our Preparedness Department, stationed at Slottet Fire Station, 7318 Agdenes.
* The Fire Constable will be part of the emergency response team, typically responding to fires, accidents, acute pollution incidents, and urgent health assistance.
* This position does not involve a fixed shift schedule; however, wearing an alerting device is mandatory. Monthly exercises are conducted, and especially during the initial period, extensive training will be provided.
**Qualifications**

* Residence and workplace must be located near the fire station.
* Valid driver’s license class B. Applicants holding class C licenses—and preferably with emergency vehicle driving code 160—will be given preference.
* Good physical and mental health (must be documented by a personal physician’s certificate upon appointment).
* Good physical fitness (physical test, claustrophobia test, and altitude tolerance test must be passed prior to final appointment).
* Approval from primary employer.
* Proficiency in spoken and written Norwegian.

This is a permanent part-time position at 1.5%, compensated according to the current collective agreement, plus agreement-based allowances for wearing alerting equipment, among others.
The position percentage is calculated based on annual exercise hours (30 hours per year). Emergency responses, standby duties, and other activities are additional.
