We are looking for a **TECHNICAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL** to carry out a variety of specific maintenance tasks and ensure that all public areas, guest rooms, and other hotel zones are maintained and presented impeccably. **Mission:** To ensure the proper operation, repair, maintenance, and preservation of all hotel facilities, infrastructure, and materials. **What will your responsibilities be?** \- Know the different materials and their location within the corresponding work units. \- Properly use personal protective equipment as well as collective protections. \- Carry out tasks with optimal material usage, following the instructions of the Technical Services Manager, perform necessary maintenance or renovations, and manage and distribute materials efficiently. \- Measure completed work. Submit a report of completed and ongoing tasks to the Technical Services Manager. \- Maintenance and chlorination of all hotel swimming pools. **Requirements:** \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. \- Knowledge of pool maintenance, legionella, GMAO, basic TPV systems... \- Training in service quality management in hospitality. \- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. \- English language proficiency. \- Knowledge of additional languages will be valued. \- Availability to work full-time in the San Antonio area. **Profile:** \- We are seeking a motivated individual committed to delivering flawless service, experienced in teamwork, dedicated, and strongly focused on quality. **What we offer:** \- Fixed-term discontinuous contract \- Full-time hours.
