**Housing Technician – PrimerLallar Program (Housing First)** We are seeking a Housing Technician to join the team of the PrimerLallar (Housing First) program. The main objective of this position is to provide comprehensive support to individuals experiencing housing exclusion who participate in the program, facilitating their access to, and maintenance of, stable housing. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide individualized social accompaniment to participants in the Housing First program, ensuring follow-up on their personal needs and goals. Coordinate with social, health, and other community services to ensure comprehensive support. Manage and monitor assigned housing units, including coordination of move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance. **Administrative management related to housing,** including processing and monitoring rental agreements, utility service activations and cancellations, incident tracking, IPC reviews, and other procedures necessary for the proper operation of the housing portfolio. Promote user integration into the community and enhance their autonomy by connecting them with local resources. Prepare follow-up and progress reports on participants. Participate in case planning and review meetings with the team. **Requirements:** Degree in Social Integration, Social Education, Psychology, or related field. Knowledge of the Housing First and/or Housing Led approach will be highly valued. Conflict management skills and ability to work in high-vulnerability environments. Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other professionals. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Availability to travel within Mallorca. Digital tool proficiency and experience with case tracking systems are desirable.
