**Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Occupational Health and Safety Technician to join our team in an exciting project at Palma de Mallorca Airport. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all workers during the project execution. They must implement safety policies and procedures, identify potential risks, provide training, and supervise compliance with safety regulations. Main responsibilities: * Collaborate with site teams to implement preventive and corrective measures regarding occupational health and safety. * Draft annexes to the site's Health and Safety Plan (PSS). * Conduct workplace risk assessments to identify hazards and develop mitigation strategies. * Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel, including topics such as safe equipment handling, emergency procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment. * Monitor and ensure compliance with safety policies established by the department, as well as local and national regulations and standards. * Investigate accidents and safety incidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workplace safety, including inspection reports, training records, and incident logs. * Carry out site visits and safety inspections. * Coordinate and manage preventive resources on site. * Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other professionals to integrate safety considerations from the design phase through to project completion. * Participate in safety meetings and actively communicate safety procedures and requirements to all project personnel. * Plan and control preventive activities. * Propose measures for risk control and reduction. * Manage documentation related to potential waste generated on site. **Minimum Requirements** At least 3 years of experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician or Manager in machinery installation projects, construction, or industrial environments. Mandatory: Master's Degree as Senior Technical Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety, covering all three specialties. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of ISO 45001 and 50001. * Internal auditor certification is desirable. * Experience in certification audits and supplier audits. * Residence in the Balearic Islands. * Immediate availability.
