**SUMMER SCHOOL DIRECTOR (3\-11 YEARS OLD)** **Location:** Ses Salines, Balearic Islands **Contract duration:** June 23 to September 5, 2025 **Working hours:** Part-time from 9:00 to 14:00 / 25 hours per week **Type of contract:** Fixed-term intermittent **Remuneration:** According to collective agreement **Job description:** We are looking for a **director for our Summer School** aimed at children aged 3 to 11. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising the development of educational and recreational activities, managing the team of instructors, and ensuring the well-being and safety of participants. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the team of instructors. * Organize and plan daily program activities. * Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding educational leisure time. * Communicate with families and resolve incidents. * Ensure safety and proper operation of the service. **Requirements:** * Official qualification as **Director of Educational Activities in Children's and Youth Leisure Time** (essential requirement). * University degree in Education, Psychology, Pedagogy or similar (desirable). * Proven experience as an instructor and preferably in team coordination. * Advanced knowledge of Catalan. * Leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. **Valued skills:** * Previous experience in summer schools or other leisure activities with similar age groups. * Ability to design inclusive and creative educational proposals. * Training in first aid, emotional education, or special educational needs. **We offer:** * Joining a motivated and professional team. * Remuneration according to position and collective agreement. * Possibility of continuation in future editions or programs.
