Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the manufacturing and assembly of agricultural machinery, performing cutting, welding, and interpreting technical drawings in a proactive and team-oriented environment. We are seeking personnel for the manufacturing and assembly of agricultural machinery in Vilanova de la Barca. Daily tasks include cutting iron and other materials using hand tools such as drills, as well as performing welding to join metal parts and structures according to technical specifications. Interpreting technical drawings is also required to ensure precision in work and to maintain tools in good condition. Previous experience in a similar industrial position is required, along with practical knowledge of welding and assembly. The ability to accurately read technical drawings and confidently handle basic workshop tools is essential. Additionally, a minimum level of Spanish is required for fluent communication within the team. A proactive and responsible attitude is valued, along with the ability to work effectively in a team and pay close attention to detail to ensure product quality. Work takes place in an environment dedicated to agricultural machinery manufacturing; therefore, adapting to the specific production requirements is important. Previous experience in a similar position is required. Knowledge of welding and assembly is necessary. The ability to interpret technical drawings is essential. Proficiency in hand tools is required. A minimum level of Spanish is required for communication.
