We are currently seeking to hire a Selection Technician for our office in Alguaire. If you wish to join our team, please apply. • End-to-end management of selection processes: defining profiles, publishing job offers, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing reports. • Active candidate research on LinkedIn, InfoJobs, and other channels. • Coordination with department heads requiring personnel. • Assessment of candidates’ technical and transversal competencies. • Monitoring of the onboarding process and the initial adaptation period. • Maintenance and updating of the candidate database. * Minimum 1 year of experience; prior experience in personnel selection required. * Bachelor’s degree * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional information of interest: Working hours: • Monday to Thursday: 8:00–14:00 and 14:30–17:00; note that on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, working hours are 8:00–15:30.
