What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Serve as the single point of entry for all requests received from client teams, as well as handle recurring tasks within the defined scope. * Process requests received via email. * Assign and track requests. * Analyse technical changes: identify production impacts and propose action plans to reduce operational risks. * Perform recurring tasks: certificate updates, opening network routes. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Experience working with **SQL**. * Strong oral and written communication skills in **French**. * Basic level of **English**. **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * Permanent contract and full-time hours * 23 days of vacation * Continuous training: technical, transversal and language skills.
