**DO YOU WANT TO KNOW YOUR MISSION?**

As Project Manager within the Technical Office, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of investment projects, new store openings, and partial renovations in commercial establishments—ensuring efficient execution, strict adherence to timelines, and technical quality.
You will work autonomously on each project, yet maintain strong interaction with other departments and external engineering firms. Your mission will include:
* Managing investment projects, partial renovations, and supermarket openings—ensuring rigorous technical execution, economic efficiency, and quality.
* Coordinating the design phase with external engineering firms, validating technical and urban planning requirements, and supervising project documentation.
* Monitoring approved costs, managing budget deviations, and ensuring compliance with the allocated budget.
* Planning project timelines, defining key milestones, and anticipating potential incidents that may affect the critical path.
* Supervising construction execution, validating work quality, and managing final inspections with contractors.
* Interacting with stores, internal departments, and Central Services to ensure smooth communication and execution aligned with internal client needs.

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?**

* A university degree in Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field would be ideal.
* Experience managing construction, renovation, or investment projects—especially in technically demanding environments—would be a plus.
* Familiarity with tendering processes, budgeting, and urban planning procedures would be helpful.
* Holding a Class B1 driving license and availability to travel across Catalonia and Aragón would facilitate your daily work.
