Ref. 153463 FU Fundació Fageda Olot, Garrotxa 9 a 17 approximately Permanent 28/07/2026 Description of the position Job mission: Ensure the proper condition, functionality, and suitability of housing units, workshops, offices, outdoor spaces, and equipment at La Fageda, carrying out necessary general maintenance tasks and coordinating specialized external services when the nature of the work so requires. Requirements * Requirements: Tasks and responsibilities: + Comprehensive maintenance of installations, housing units, and equipment: Basic painting tasks, plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry and metalwork, door and lock repairs, furniture repair, installation of small equipment, autonomous detection and resolution of incidents. + Conservation of indoor and outdoor spaces: Maintain housing units and common areas in optimal safety and aesthetic conditions; prepare housing units for new occupants; assemble furniture; maintain gardens and green areas; provide basic logistical support. + Preventive maintenance of equipment and vehicle fleet: Periodic inspections of installations and housing units; monitoring of air conditioning and water softeners; coordination of regulatory vehicle inspections; identification of needs for renewal or repair. + Coordination of specialized maintenance: Management of external interventions in coordination with the Industrialization and Maintenance Manager; identification of incidents requiring external specialists; request and comparison of budgets; monitoring of external industrial work; periodic reporting on incidents and status of interventions; support in preventive planning. * Mandatory: \- Experience using manual tools and machinery specific to installation maintenance. + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position performing painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, metalwork, and minor repairs. + Experience coordinating external industrial contractors is desirable.
