We’re hiring! We need to incorporate a Spa Manager for the Serras Andorra Luxury Boutique Resort \& Spa 5\* located in the heart of the Incles Valley, in Soldeu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily spa operations, ensuring an exceptional wellness experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Opening the spa facility and activating and preparing sauna, hydrotherapy areas, and ice fountains. * Monitoring and responding to e\-mails, reviewing schedules, ensuring proper equipment setup for treatments booked for the day and week, anticipating high workload days. Assigning Therapists according to treatments. * Managing email communications with prompt responses, scheduling, timetables, daily reporting, and cash handling. * Preparing weekly stock reports, cabin products inventory, and reports. * Supervising the team and ensuring proper performance of duties and compliance with regulations. * Providing customer service by offering information about therapies offered, products used, techniques, etc. * Accompanying guests until the end of the service, providing friendly, attentive, and highly professional care. **Requirements:** * Previous experience of 2\-3 years in a similar position managing a small team. * Proficiency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of French will be valued for daily communication with guests. * Availability to work on holidays and weekends is essential. * Positive attitude, teamwork skills, commitment, passion for this profession, and strong customer orientation to deliver excellent service. * Knowledge of Spalopia will be considered a plus. * Valid residence and work permit in Andorra preferred. * Contract type: Permanent.
