YOUR ROLE* Integrate a design department for a consulting company, where you will be expected to participate in multiple projects and proposals throughout the year. * If your profile is more proficient on UX, then you should be capable of understanding research insights and translating them into design solution concepts, by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. * If however you’re more oriented towards UI, we expect you to craft beautiful creative concepts which carefully detail the reasoning behind each choice of visual element such as color, typography and other key visual elements. * You will collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to ensure the usability, feasibility and implementation of designs, providing detailed design specifications and assets. * Lead and deliver UX and/or UI design processes from beginning to end, supported by other team members. * Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of design decisions, being able to justify choices and have a concise and effective communication with clients. YOUR PROFILE* 6\+ years of experience in UX/UI design * A strong background on mobile design and/or design systems is valued * Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Human\-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Marketing or a related field * Understanding of user\-centered design principles and methodologies. * Problem\-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, effectively communicating and collaborating with cross\-functional teams. * Proficiency in working with Figma. Production Worker

We are looking for a person to work as a production operator in a factory in the graphic arts sector located in Valls de Torroella. Initially, you will join on a rotating shift to familiarize yourself with the work and learn alongside the team. After a few weeks, you will be assigned a fixed shift, which could be morning, afternoon, or night. It is important to have previous experience working on production lines and to have a positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Availability to work any of the shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) is required, and having your own vehicle to reach the workplace is necessary, as there is no public transportation available. We offer a stable position with an initial 3-month contract, which will then become a permanent contract directly with the company. The schedule will be a fixed shift from Monday to Friday, or Sunday to Thursday for the night shift.
