We are seeking a **Controller in the Vic area** for immediate incorporation, to join a manufacturing plant of a leading multinational industrial company listed on the stock exchange. **Main functions:** * Calculate production costs for the plant's products. * Analyze and prepare business ratios and KPIs, improving their performance. * Propose improvement actions to optimize results. * Optimize operational working capital. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage, prepare, and analyze all financial and economic information from the factory for monthly accounting closure. * Prepare macro and micro budgets within established deadlines. * Manage product costing. * Monitor KPIs on the operations dashboard. * Perform cost and expense forecasting for the plant. * Analyze business ratios and identify improvements. * Propose improvement actions to optimize results. * Optimize operational working capital. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management; specific courses in Management Control are valued. * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Advanced level of English. * We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive individual who enjoys teamwork. **We offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to work in a high-growth company. * Salary: negotiable according to profile.
