As a leading company in the insurance sector, we aim to incorporate enthusiastic individuals with commercial skills into our team to contribute to our continued growth. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Making outbound calls to databases provided by the company to acquire new customers * Preparing and delivering personalized offers and advice based on identified customer needs * Explaining and presenting the products and services offered * Closing commercial transactions **We offer:** * A 25-hour weekly employment contract, Monday to Friday, morning shift from 9:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. The position is on-site and stable, initially temporary, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract upon achievement of objectives * This position is NOT for short-term campaigns, as we aim to expand and consolidate our professional team * Initial online training to familiarize you with our products and, above all, how to perform your job effectively * Training on our online platform to obtain the official TITLE OF INSURANCE INTERMEDIARY (certified and officially recognized), required by the General Directorate of Insurance for carrying out this activity * Professional development opportunities within the insurance sector Requirements **We are looking for:** * Empathy and the ability to identify customer needs in order to guide them and offer the best value-added insurance solutions * Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset * Prior experience in the insurance sector is valued, as well as holding Certificates B and Level 3 in Insurance **Join our team!**
