Description
We're looking for a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross\-discipline coordination across our luxury hospitality and residential projects. You'll bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams — catching conflicts early, enforcing BIM standards, and keeping every project on schedule and buildable.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop, review, and maintain high\-quality Revit models across architectural projects.
* Implement and enforce project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with ISO 19650\.
* Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
* Manage project data within the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), including folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.
* Conduct systematic QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate, buildable, and coordinated.
* Oversee creation of Revit families and maintain company templates and libraries.
* Support and train team members on BIM workflows and standards.
* Translate high\-end design intent into coordinated, construction\-ready BIM deliverables.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
* 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, including low\-rise residential/hospitality projects.
* Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
* Deep technical expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 frameworks.
* Proven experience managing multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and buildability.
* Professional English, written and spoken.
* Portfolio required, demonstrating high\-end architectural/technical work.
**Nice to Have**
* Experience on ultra\-luxury or bespoke architectural projects.
* Exposure to international project standards.
* Dynamo or computational design knowledge.
* Experience with parametric family creation.
* Understanding of sustainability frameworks.
