




Job Summary: We are seeking a Chef for a major corporate group, responsible for preparing recipes, selecting ingredients, and bringing creativity to the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Temporing is recruiting a Chef for a major corporate group located near San Miguel de Salinas. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare recipes using the restaurant's specific cooking techniques to ensure consistency in dish presentation and flavor. * Properly select, clean, cut, and store fresh produce, including fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, seafood, herbs, and other fresh products. * Possess knowledge and skills in fish and meat cutting. * Contribute creativity and innovation to the kitchen by developing new dishes, culinary techniques, and flavor combinations that surprise and delight guests. * Keep kitchen utensils and workspaces clean and organized, in compliance with HACCP regulations. * Ensure service quality according to established work standards. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Chef or cook, especially in Mediterranean, Asian/Japanese, Italian, and/or fusion cuisines. * Experience in restaurant food service. * Hospitality training (desirable). * Valid Food Handler’s Certificate. * Flexible working hours and immediate availability to start. * Residence near the job location and personal vehicle for commuting. **Offered:** * Full-time contract for the summer season. * Salary: €21.700 gross/year. * Work schedule in intensive shifts covering breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, with two consecutive days off. * Spectacular work environment and team. * Ongoing on-the-job training.
