Position: Educational Technical Assistant The Educational Technical Assistant plays a fundamental role in accompanying, supporting, and supervising minors residing at the center, contributing to their holistic development, personal well-being, and educational process. Main responsibilities: \- Accompany minors in their daily life within the center \- Support the implementation of educational, training, and socioeducational activities \- Promote the acquisition of coexistence habits, personal autonomy, and responsibility \- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in implementing individualized educational plans Requirements: \- Higher vocational training cycle in sociocultural and community services. \- Experience in similar programs for at least 3 years and/or specific training of at least 300 hours in the field of social intervention \- Availability for immediate incorporation \- Valid driver’s license mandatory Conditions: \- Full-time position; salary according to collective agreement. \- Potential future promotion to Educator \- Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends) \- Workplace: La Guardia de Jaén (Jaén) \- Center for the Protection of Minors with behavioral problems Type of position: Full-time Salary: €1,200.00–€1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
