**Position Description:** We are a growing wholesale / receptive company and we are looking for a travel agent for our Group Department. We are seeking a candidate with experience in travel agencies or tour operators, accustomed to managing quotes, preparing budgets, and organizing tailor-made group travel arrangements. **Responsibilities** * Research and negotiate availability, rates, and conditions with airlines, hotels, local transportation, etc. * Issue and review documentation * Handle incidents and post-travel follow-up * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. * Quotations**.** Prepare customized proposals and budgets for groups.
