We at **GRUPO GALLO** are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** for our **El Carpio factory**. The selected candidate will report to the Maintenance Coordinator. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for industrial maintenance services, including diagnosis and repair of malfunctions in mechanical industrial equipment. * Identify failures, propose technical improvements, and implement efficient solutions. * Independently carry out corrective, scheduled corrective, and preventive maintenance tasks. * Analyze equipment failures. * Comply with established procedures: material flow in the maintenance warehouse, IFS standards (agri-food industry), industrial safety, etc. * Maintain organization, order, and cleanliness in operational areas: production and maintenance zones. * Drive continuous improvement in production processes. * Record interventions in maintenance management systems (CMMS). **Requirements:** * Over 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in an industrial environment. * Technical knowledge of advanced industrial mechanics, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics. * Experience reading technical drawings and working in compliance with occupational safety regulations. **We offer:** Opportunity for professional development within a leading company.
