You will work closely with the Site Manager, taking responsibility for the daily organization and supervision of works, with autonomy to manage project execution. Your main responsibilities will include: * Organizing and coordinating internal teams and subcontractors. * Daily planning of work activities. * Supervising work quality. * Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Organizing and managing machinery and auxiliary equipment. * Coordinating teams of 15–20 people.
