The Commercial Support Department plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operational, commercial, and organizational functioning of daily activities, as well as in client service and direct support to private bankers. **Key Responsibilities** The selected candidate will carry out, among others, the following responsibilities: * **Operational and client-service support for private bankers** * Management of client onboarding and associated documentation. * Compliance with internal and regulatory procedures (PBC). * Support in handling testamentary matters and other client-related legal requirements, coordinated with relevant departments. * Operational support: processing orders, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks. * Support to private bankers in client management according to their needs—e.g., operational assistance, simulations, etc.—including resolution of inquiries and assistance with routine tasks, coordinated with the rest of the Commercial Support team. **2. Office Maintenance** * Organization and control of office supplies and materials. * Management of calendars, appointments, and meeting rooms. * Preparation of meeting rooms (equipment setup, materials, reporting of requirements). * Merchandising management in coordination with central services. **3.
