Job Summary: We are seeking a senior professional who combines UX 3D experience leadership with end-to-end project management, responsible for defining the holistic vision of the interactive Journey and ensuring its technical execution. They will be responsible for defining the holistic vision of the interactive Journey and ensuring its technical execution within tight timelines, scope, and a highly demanding context. They will act as the liaison between the client, the creative team, and the technical team, ensuring narrative coherence, iteration control, and operational stability. Experience Leadership * Define and maintain the end-to-end UX 3D architecture of the Journey. * Ensure consistency between conceptual design and real-time execution. * Oversee interaction decisions, dynamic states, and narrative flow. * Validate alignment among UX, Motion, Technical Art, and Development. Project Management * Phased planning (Concept → Integration → Testing → Event). * Scope and iteration management. * Identification and mitigation of technical risks. * Multidisciplinary coordination. * Direct client communication. * Production protection and team workload balancing. Requirements * Proven experience in UX 3D or immersive experiences. * Experience managing complex technical projects. * Solid understanding of 3D engines (Unity / Unreal). * Experience in integration or demanding technical environments. * Ability to think strategically and operationally at the same time. Collaboration Model We are looking for a freelancer who can collaborate with us full-time from mid-March until early April. They will serve as the lead technical reference for real-time development, working closely with North’s multidisciplinary team.
