Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to design and develop verification systems for power equipment and manage product industrialization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and commissioning of automatic test equipment. 2. Management of Industrialization activities. 3. Will you join our challenge? **MISSION:** Within the Process Engineering department, you will be responsible for: * Creating and developing verification systems (EOLs) for power equipment that meet project requirements regarding quality, reliability, and productivity. * Managing Industrialization (Testing and PCB Design) during the product development phase. * Serving as the department’s main point of contact for all other project functions. **FUNCTIONS \& RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and commissioning of assigned automatic test equipment, including documentation, schematics, and layout. * Defining verification plans for each test equipment together with its design counterpart. * Defining validation plans. * Documenting and developing test solutions for externalization. * Supporting optimization of current test sequences. * Standardizing solutions by product families or typologies. * Managing Industrialization activities. * Ensuring industrial documentation is issued on time and to a high quality standard. * Guaranteeing timely availability of tools and workstations, complying with EHS, ergonomics, and quality standards. * Ensuring test system availability through definition and updating of preventive maintenance programs and replacement plan components. * Providing technical support by participating in internal/external rejection analysis. **Requirements:** --------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Experience in Hardware PCB design oriented toward testing (preferably using Altium). * Knowledge of measurement systems and automated measurement techniques, including medium- and low-volume production batches. * Proven experience in LabVIEW and TestStand (test sequence automation). * Ability to define verification and validation plans. * Proficiency in using instrumentation: AC/DC power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc. * Methodical and rigorous working methods. **VALUABLE KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience in power electronics. * Knowledge of product industrialization. **PREMIUM BENEFITS:** * Joining a sector-leading company offering real professional growth opportunities. * Flexible working hours and work-life balance. * Flexible vacation policy. * Professional environment and excellent working conditions. * Complimentary coffee and tea. * Discount on healthy meals/homemade food. * Flexible compensation. * Competitive salary aligned with experience and value added. **Join our team!** **\#somospremium** *Premium not only recognizes that its people are fundamental to its success but also takes pride in being an equal-opportunity workplace.
