We operate with a close, professional, and human-centered approach—where each user, employee, and family member matters. **Our values define us:** * **The art of caring:** We place knowledge and humanity at the service of care and well-being. * **Pioneering spirit:** Innovation and technology are part of our everyday reality. * **Innate empathy:** We value active and affective listening. * **Shared trust:** We foster relationships based on mutual commitment and trust. * **Emotional sincerity:** We bring authenticity to every relationship. **What you will find at DomusVi** * A culture truly centered on caring for and respecting people (users, employees, families). * An interdisciplinary and collaborative team that supports you, listens to you, and enables your professional growth. * Job stability and conditions tailored to your needs. * Time dedicated to what matters most: delivering high-quality care. * Opportunities to develop and advance professionally. **What will you do as Facilities and Maintenance Manager?** * Plan, organize, and assign tasks and objectives for the technical facilities team, clarifying and resolving any potential doubts regarding their execution. * Manage budgetary control related to investment or expenditure for centers/departments under your responsibility—including placing orders, preparing execution budgets, and approving invoices for services/products provided. * Holistically manage preventive and corrective maintenance contracts, aiming to centralize monitoring and achieve a comprehensive overview, thereby optimizing control. * Design, establish, and promote the implementation of internal operational protocols, standardizing management processes and procedures for center maintenance. * Continuously monitor and update applicable regulations and legislation concerning company property maintenance, adapting them accordingly and communicating them to centers. * Provide attention and support to requests from other corporate departments—with special focus on those arising from internal and external audits. * Conduct ongoing analysis of potential internal weaknesses in center maintenance operations and propose corrective measures. **What we offer you:** * Full-time position with an indefinite contract. * Hybrid work modality. * Onboarding at our central offices in Barcelona, located on Calle Aribau, subject to candidate availability. * A collaborative and respectful work environment. * Work-life balance. * Continuous training, flexible compensation plan, access to discount club, medical insurance, and career development plan. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Building Construction. * A Master’s degree or additional training in industrial organization, occupational risk prevention, or facility management is desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in digital communication tools, Microsoft Office, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). * Knowledge of RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en Edificios), RICPI (Reglamento de Instalaciones de Protección contra Incendios), data protection regulations, and legislation governing surveillance, prevention, and monitoring of legionella. * Completion of training courses related to this field—as well as complementary training promoting equality—will be considered favorably.
