If you are passionate about transforming complex problems into elegant and resilient systems, we would love to meet you. **Job Description** You will join the development team responsible for a market-established solution—PMS—and participate in: * Technical design of new features * Product evolution and modernization * Development of enhancements and incident resolution * Integrations with external APIs * Team management You will have real impact on technical decisions. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Resolving incidents from any of the applications in production. (N3\) * Primarily in WinDev, Delphi, Node.js, PHP, etc. * Designing, developing, and maintaining new features. * Generating support documentation for developed solutions. * Participating in code reviews. * Contributing ideas and proposals to improve processes and products. * Applying solid **OOP** principles, design patterns, and sound architectural practices. * Participating in the evolution of legacy systems toward more modern solutions. Any of these tasks will be carried out across various environments (WinDev, Delphi, PHP, Node.js, Java, etc.). You must be willing to work with any of these languages. **Requirements** * Experience in **WinDev** (70% of current work), **Delphi**, and SQL environments (MySQL, HFSQL) is highly valued.
