MISSION As a Market and Investment Analyst, you will add value by performing precise data analysis to support decision-making. Your work will enable the assessment of real estate asset viability and deepen understanding of trends shaping the office sector. WHAT YOU WILL DO Conduct market analyses to build business models and financial projections for the office sector. Perform financial analyses to measure investment profitability under various scenarios and sensitivities. Analyze rent roll, tenancy, and lease terms (WALB/WALT). Value real estate assets using DCF and Cap Rate methodologies. Prepare detailed reports with critical recommendations for management and our clients. Maintain an up-to-date transaction database and monitor sector trends. WHAT YOU WILL BRING At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data management and presentations. Strong analytical capability to transform data into key insights.
