We operate primarily in three major areas: **water**, delivering solutions for both urban and industrial management; **waste**, transforming it into new resources; and **energy**, improving efficiency while reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** We are seeking a Construction Manager / Project Manager with extensive project management experience to supervise and coordinate the execution of an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project for an industrial facility, ensuring optimal technical and economic performance. You will be responsible for technical and economic planning, engineering, cost monitoring, procurement management, and customer orientation—guaranteeing operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Construction supervision: Leadership, coordination, and performance monitoring of multiple supervisors and subcontractors * Technical planning: Defining technical strategies, schedules, and project execution methodologies * Economic planning: Budget preparation and control, economic feasibility analysis of the project * Cost monitoring: Continuous tracking of actual vs. budgeted costs, identification of variances, and corrective actions * Procurement management: Oversight of material and service acquisition processes, supplier negotiations * Customer orientation: Direct communication with clients, incident resolution, and satisfaction assurance * Quality control: Verification of compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements across all works * Documentation and reporting: Preparation of progress reports, performance analysis, and improvement proposals * Interdepartmental coordination: Collaborative work with management, commercial, technical office, and other departments **Requirements** Education: * Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer (Roads, Canals, and Ports), or equivalent degree * Additional training in project management or construction management (desirable) Experience: * Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction/project management and supervision * Proven experience leading technical teams * Experience in technical and economic planning of projects * Experience in cost control and budgetary monitoring * Experience in procurement management and supplier negotiation * Experience in direct client interaction * Knowledge of applicable technical and safety regulations Technical competencies: * Proficiency in planning tools: Smartsheet, Google Sheets * Familiarity with project management software * Ability to perform economic and financial analysis Personal competencies: * Strong leadership and team motivation skills * Excellent oral and written communication * Results- and quality-oriented mindset * Ability to solve complex problems * Strategic thinking and global perspective * Time management and organizational skills * Negotiation capability **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * Permanent employment contract * Flexible working hours * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, transport cards, and more! * Opportunity to join a leading environmental sector organization * Professional growth within the organization, with direct reporting to senior management At **Veolia**, we recognize that our professionals are the cornerstone of our corporate identity and achievements.
