Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to define, implement, and audit procedures; manage daily operations; monitor performance; and lead teams within a company committed to workplace well-being. Your main responsibilities will be: * Define, implement, and keep standard operating procedures up to date. * Audit current processes to identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, and areas for improvement. * Manage daily operations, ensuring achievement of established objectives. * Monitor departmental performance through management and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead, coordinate, and develop your assigned team. Requirements WE REQUIRE: * University degree in Business Administration and Finance. * Proficiency in Google Workspace office tools (Drive, Calendar, Meet, Gmail, Chrome). * Proficiency in BI tools (QlikSense, DataStudio/LookerStudio).
