**Positions Available** ---------------------- 6 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 6 Site Supervisors in Badajoz. **Work Location** -------------------- * Badajoz **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organizing construction site activities in accordance with instructions from the Site Manager and/or Construction Manager * Managing and optimizing human resources * Drafting and reviewing daily work reports * Monitoring machinery present on site * Receiving materials and supplies on site * Ensuring and monitoring occupational health and safety on site, as well as overseeing compliance with Quality and Environmental Management requirements **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to request additional details regarding the contents of the curriculum vitae, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits specified in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachiller), Pre-University Course (BUP), University Entrance Course (COU), Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (FPI), or Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle (FPII) qualification (equivalent qualifications recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid and current Spanish Class B driving license (to be attached) **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited basic-level Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) course (60 hours) (to be documented and specified in CV) * Training in GIS-CAD (to be documented and specified in CV) ### **Prior Experience** * 9 months to 2 years’ experience in public-sector companies as a Site Supervisor (to be verified via Employment History Record and/or a job description certificate, and specified in CV) * 9 months to 2 years’ experience in private-sector companies as a Site Supervisor (to be verified via Employment History Record and/or a job description certificate, and specified in CV) * 9 months to 2 years’ experience organizing construction site activities (to be verified via Employment History Record and/or a job description certificate, and specified in CV) * 9 months to 2 years’ experience managing work teams (to be verified via Employment History Record and/or a job description certificate, and specified in CV) **Observations** ----------------- * A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time employment Applications will be accepted from today, 27/08/2026, until 10/09/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
