Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced procurement technician to manage RFQ/RFP, negotiate with suppliers, optimize the supply chain, and maintain document control. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier management and qualification, document control. #### **Work Modality** Hybrid #### **Department** Procurement \- Finance #### **Workplace** Extresol : Torre de Miguel Sesmero (Badajoz) #### **Requirements** **Education:*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field **Experience:*** Minimum 5 years of experience performing procurement technician duties for equipment and subcontracting in industrial and/or construction environments * Experience in procurement for CSP (Concentrated Solar Power), industrial EPC, and/or construction sector will be valued. * C1 level or higher English proficiency will be valued. * Advanced Excel skills * Competencies: proactivity, organizational ability and capacity to work under tight deadlines, teamwork and cross-departmental coordination skills, attention to detail, and communication skills with suppliers and internal clients. #### **Responsibilities** **Main Duties:*** Management of RFQ/RFP for supplies and subcontracting. * Negotiation of commercial and financial terms with suppliers, preparation of comparative analyses, reports, and supporting documentation. * Issuance of purchase orders in the ERP system and delivery schedule tracking. * Supplier management: onboarding, updating, qualification, and maintenance across various platforms. * Document management (control and archiving of procurement processes and purchase orders). * Analysis of consumption patterns, procurement planning, and stock level optimization. * Resolution of supply chain incidents in coordination with plants. #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator, currently fully focused on renewable generation assets.
