Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative-Commercial Support Talent to ensure operational excellence and smooth contract execution and renegotiation processes, providing comprehensive support to the commercial network. Your mission will be to serve as the operational nexus for contracting, delivering comprehensive support to our commercial network and ensuring quality and fluidity across all new client onboarding and renegotiation processes. How will you add value in your day-to-day work? * End-to-End Contract Management: You will advise the commercial network on contracting, executing and activating annexes arising from agreements and renegotiations, always guaranteeing data quality. * Support and Coordination: You will act as the internal point of contact (calls, CAP, BO task manager) for the commercial network and service delivery/billing departments, ensuring compliance with agreed terms. * Monitoring and Improvement: You will track commercial network deadlines, support integration of newly acquired clients, and optimize the corporate CRM. Requirements This role is right for you if... * You hold the required qualifications: A university degree or higher vocational training (FP Grado Superior), combined with efficient management of digital tools and collaborative platforms. * You are dynamic and solution-oriented: You define yourself by your proactivity, self-management skills, and ease of oral and written communication. * You collaborate seamlessly in teams: You enjoy working cross-departmentally and possess strong coordination skills for joint initiatives. * You bring managerial vision: You are able to make decisions regarding client operations and adapt easily to new scenarios, with negotiation skills. If you also have prior experience or knowledge in contracting, billing, or risk prevention, your integration will be immediate.
