




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting and Labor Assistant for administrative tasks, including payroll processing, employee onboarding/offboarding management, and basic accounting entries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll processing and management of employee onboarding and offboarding. 2. Proficiency in Office applications and solid knowledge in labor-related matters. 3. Vocational training qualification (FP) and one year of prior experience in similar roles. We are looking for an Accounting and Labor Assistant to perform various administrative tasks. Main responsibilities include payroll processing, managing employee onboarding and offboarding for clients, submitting social security filings, and performing basic accounting entries. Proficiency in the Office suite and solid labor-related knowledge are required, including handling employee onboarding/offboarding procedures and preparing payroll. Basic accounting knowledge for entering journal entries is also desirable. A medium- or higher-level vocational training qualification (FP) is required, along with at least one year of prior experience in similar functions. This position offers an indefinite part-time contract, with a daily commitment of 4 hours during morning hours, from 10:00 to 14:00\. The offered gross annual salary is 9\.210 euros.
