The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** More than 5 years of experience as a **Senior Platform Engineer** in cloud environments and on AWS platforms: * Solid experience in software engineering, infrastructure, and operations. * Advanced knowledge of AWS, especially ECS, CloudWatch, RDS/Aurora, SQS, S3, and ECR. * Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, or similar tools. * Extensive experience with Docker and containerized environments. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using AWS CDK. * Knowledge of security, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps best practices. * Experience with observability and monitoring using CloudWatch, New Relic, or similar tools. * Experience with database and application migrations in AWS environments. * Ability to work collaboratively, results-oriented mindset, and continuous improvement mentality. * Fluent English and Spanish. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Lead platform operational health and serve as the technical reference for infrastructure and operations. * Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. * Manage and optimize AWS environments based on ECS and Docker. * Administer infrastructure as code using AWS CDK. * Ensure platform monitoring, observability, and alert management. * Manage vulnerabilities and promote security best practices. * Participate in database, service, and architecture migration projects on AWS. * Support deployments, environment maintenance, and operational tasks. * Identify and implement continuous improvements in processes, performance, security, and automation. * Collaborate with development, architecture, and product teams in Agile environments. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * AWS certifications. * Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools. * New Relic and other observability platforms. * Microservices architectures and application modernization. * DevSecOps and automation of security controls. * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
