Pentesting Technician (Information Security)

**What will you do on the team?** Your mission will be to lead and coordinate Sanitas’ pentesting activities, driving the use of AI to enhance the efficiency and scope of security assessments. Additionally, you will be responsible for clearly communicating risks to the business through high-level executive reports and by interacting with technical and executive stakeholders. And furthermore: You will coordinate and plan the pentesting team’s activities, managing scope, priorities, capacity, and delivery quality in alignment with the Offensive Area’s strategy. You will drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and agent-based capabilities, leading the evolution of pentesting processes and tools to increase the efficiency, coverage, and depth of security assessments. You will supervise and conduct security tests on web applications, mobile apps, and APIs, identifying, validating, and responsibly exploiting technical and business logic vulnerabilities to assess their real-world impact. You will prepare and present high-level technical and executive reports, translating security findings into business risks, prioritized recommendations, and concrete actions for technical and executive stakeholders. You will ensure continuous improvement and risk mitigation by defining quality standards, tracking action plans, and validating proper remediation of identified vulnerabilities. **What do you need?** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related fields. Experience: At least 5 \- 8 years in offensive cybersecurity. Languages: English proficiency at least at B2 level or higher. Other skills and knowledge: Solid experience in web, mobile, and API pentesting; OWASP Top 10; OWASP API Security Top 10\. Demonstrable experience in preparing executive reports; ability to present and defend results before executive committees and business stakeholders. **What do we offer?** Hybrid work model with flexibility based on project and business needs.
