Description
The Multiskilled Operator position for Weekend Shifts is carried out in an industrial environment requiring supervision and control of manufacturing processes. Primary responsibilities include continuous monitoring of specialized machinery operation, ensuring all operational parameters—such as temperatures—remain within established ranges to guarantee product quality and consistency. This supervision is essential to prevent production deviations and to maintain safety and efficiency standards in the plant.
In addition to process control, the operator will be responsible for performing periodic visual inspections of equipment and products at various stages along the production line. They must identify and report any anomalies, malfunctions, or defects detected, following the company's established protocols for incident notification and potential resolution.
