Responsibilities: **The Opportunity:** As a **Temporary Accounts Payable Analyst**, you will be responsible for managing, validating, and recording supplier invoices, ensuring information quality and compliance with internal processes and Spanish legal regulations. This role is part of Vitoria Business Services (VBS), within a shared services environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure proper payment management. **Your Impact:** * Review, validate, and post supplier invoices in the system (SAP), ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. * Daily management of emails and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues. * Ensure recorded data is accurate (amounts, taxes, payment terms, etc.). * Collaborate with the local Spain and Portugal team to ensure compliance with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. * Support resolution of invoice- and payment-related issues and inquiries. * Participate in the monthly closing process, providing Accounts Payable area information. * Support preparation and monitoring of departmental KPIs (e.g., outstanding invoices, payments, cash flow, etc.). * Perform control tasks and ensure adherence to internal procedures. * Properly manage and archive documentation under your responsibility. * Review and validate travel expenses via the Concur system. * Participate in the implementation of new processes and tools (e.g., e-invoicing and SAP enhancements).
