Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations. **What You´ll Do** * Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical methods. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business goals. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand. * Identify and resolve any discrepancies between supply and demand. * Prepare and present forecast and inventory metrics to management. * Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches. * Utilize demand planning software and tools to enhance forecast accuracy. * Conduct market analysis to understand demand drivers and assess forecast results. * Categorize components on lead time and determine safety stock levels. **Requirements** **What You’ll Need** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field. * Professional certifications such as CPIM or CSCP from APICS are highly regarded. * Proven experience with demand planning software and statistical analysis. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams. * Ability to manage complexities in a fast\-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. * **English** will be your working language.
