What are we looking for? We seek a Middle Frontend Software Engineer (React / Next.js) to develop and evolve modern frontend-based web applications. The role targets a technically skilled candidate with 3–4 years of experience—not only capable of development but also of progressive technical leadership, supporting the technical leader, and actively participating in defining frontend solutions. This is a key profile within the team, acting as technical support to the Tech Lead, participating in maintenance, evolutionary enhancements, and new developments—with a functional business vision and a strong focus on quality, architecture, and best practices. Responsibilities: * Develop new features in frontend applications based on React / Next.js. * Resolve technical incidents and perform evolutionary maintenance of the portal. * Provide continuous technical support to the platform. * Actively collaborate in handover and knowledge transfer processes. * Participate in requirement gathering and understanding of business processes. * Define and design frontend interfaces and application structure. * Apply frontend design patterns and scalable architectures. * Provide technical support to the technical leader and act as a technical reference within the team when required. * 3–4 years of demonstrable frontend development experience with React. * Practical experience with Next.js. * Experience maintaining evolutionary enhancements in production applications. * Knowledge of modern frontend architectures. * Experience with frontend design patterns. * Best development practices: code quality, testing, maintainability. * Teamwork ability and effective technical communication. * Capacity to assume progressive technical leadership within the team. * English: intermediate/advanced level (international work environment).
